Make one Pythagoras cup with available straw or tube.
Adjust the length of the intake tube
Measure the amount of water it discharges when the level goes higher than the top of the tube
Try with different size tubes and notice how the cup works

●Make one working cup and calibrate with flowing tap water
●Minute cup: Create a cup that takes between 1 to 5 minutes (depending on the size) to fill
●Hour cup: One cup that takes between 20-60 minutes (depending on a cup)
●Day bucket: It takes between 3 and 10 hours to fill (depending on size)
●Adjust the tap flow
●Calibrate and mark cups with a clock as a reference
